Many books are written today about acquiring more customers, or selling to the Very Important Top Officer, but few companies and even fewer products focus exclusively on helping a company keep its customers and increase sales to those customers.

Retain More Customers, Inc. was created as a result of the obvious discrepancy between time and money spent on new customer acquisition versus customer retention. While retaining existing customers is very inexpensive, it still requires a plan and a system. With over 15 years of industry experience in the corporate world, the founders created a simple 5-stage system focused on helping small businesses retain their customers.
We started this company because we were constantly amazed at how our bosses spent vast sums of money on customer and prospect lists, prospect events, marketing and advertising, and sales training and prospect cold calling classes. Yet, those same bosses often paid very little attention to their existing customers. “Always be closing” and “always be acquiring” were the mantras out of our bosses. The result was that our existing customers were overlooked and undervalued. This led to many competitors coming in and stealing valuable customers. We knew there had to be a better way. Our success came from years of tried and true techniques, strategies, and procedures that we developed, honed, and implement it within our books of business. The result was the birth of the only customer retention management firm focused on helping its customers retain their customers.
