Greenville, SC – April 24, 2009 Today, Retain More Customers, Inc announced that it plans to discontinue the hard copy distribution of its industry leading 5-Stage Customer Retention Management System and opt for Digital Download and Delivery in an effort to realize one of its Strategic Operating Principles. "We have a few guiding principles or values that make us who we are, one of them is: Whenever possible, leave no trace. This means that we should constantly strive to make the most environmentally friendly business decisions we can make. Furthermore, we should also strive to have a neutral footprint on the environment in all that we do," said a company official at Retain More Customers, Inc. The company will still offer printed copies of its material for specialized customer retention consulting engagements and large audience seminars. However, it expects to strictly utilize the digital delivery channel for providing its 5-Stage Customer Retention System by the end of 2009. |
